So today we will talk about WORK OF ANTONI GAUDIAntoni Gaudí, born in 1852 in Reus, Catalonia, Spain, was a renowned Spanish architect known for his unique and distinctive architectural style. Gaudí is considered one of the pioneers of the Catalan Modernism movement and his works have had a profound influence on the architectural landscape of Spain, particularly in Barcelona.
Gaudí's most famous work is the Sagrada Familia, a massive basilica in Barcelona that has been under construction since 1882 and is still ongoing. The Sagrada Familia showcases Gaudí's innovative approach to architecture, characterized by organic shapes, intricate detailing, and the fusion of Gothic and Art Nouveau elements.
Other notable works by Gaudí in Barcelona include Casa Batlló and Casa Mila (also known as La Pedrera), two residential buildings that exemplify his imaginative and whimsical style. These structures feature undulating facades, colorful tiles, and imaginative sculptural elements.
